When Is My Credit Card Debited?
Your card will normally be debited up front when your order is placed.
Please note, we hold large amounts of every product we sell and as official suppliers of all major brand name goods we are able to quickly replenish stocks. If for any reason we cannot supply you with any part of your order we will contact you via e-mail or telephone to advise you. We may need to cancel or refund the item from your order, in which case the funds will be paid directly back into your account. Products are offered subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Pricing Errors
In the event of any goods being offered for sale at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to withdraw the items from sale, at any point prior to dispatch. We will contact you if such a situation arises.
Exchange Rates
The Currency Converter on The Golf Shop Online is a guideline only as exchange rates change daily. We make every effort to keep the exchange rates updated, but please refer to your bank or credit card company for valid exchange rates at the time of order.
We have no control over rates charged by the credit card companies or PayPal and all transactions are processed in GBP and are correct at time of placing your order.
We accept no liability for fluctuations in exchange rates and no discounts or reductions are offered.
All refunds are sanctioned in GBP. We can only refund orders in GBP as orders are made in GBP and can therefore be responsible for fluctuations in the exchange rate.
Customer Accounts
Customers are permitted to create one Customer Account per user, per delivery address. If a customer creates multiple accounts to gain our introductory offer, we reserve the right to cancel your order, or to revoke any discounts, vouchers or other account benefits.
Our 5% introductory customer account offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, multibuy offer, price match, special event or cashback.
To allow you to gain all the benefits of having an account, we will automatically add you to our mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the 'unsubscribe' link in any of our emails.
Loyalty Points
Customers with an account can earn loyalty points when ordering. The number of loyalty points earned from a transaction will be stated on our website's product and basket pages. If using a promotional code, gift voucher or any other discount, loyalty points are earned on the remaining balance of your order.
Please note that loyalty points have no cash value and are non-transferable. Loyalty points will be removed if a customer does not log into their account for 24 months.
Loyalty points earned will become active after 30 days but will show as pending within your Clubhouse account until they become active.
If you are not logged in to your Clubhouse account when placing your order, loyalty points will not be awarded. It is possible to claim these points afterwards by following the link in your email confirmation, but please note this can only be done in the first 30 days after placing your order. After this time it is not possible to claim loyalty points.
If requesting a refund or exchange, any loyalty points accrued will be frozen until the refund or exchange has been processed.
For any order placed using loyalty points, the loyalty points will be credited first in case of a refund.
For customers returning products after 30 days, the value of any loyalty points redeemed will be deducted from any refund.
