Rest assured, we offer a 60-day full refund policy. However, our goal is to help you find the perfect product for your game. The easiest way to do that? Opt for an exchange or store credit! To return an item:
- Items must be brand new, unused, and in their original packaging for restocking
- We cannot accept returns on personalised or crested products unless faulty
- For custom fit and club returns, see details of our 60-day play better promise
- Orders placed using store credits and loyalty points will be credited back to your account
- If your order contained promotional vouchers or bundle offers, refunds will be adjusted accordingly
Can I Try on Clothing Before Returning It?
Absolutely! We understand that sizing can vary, so you're welcome to try on clothing* indoors to check it's fit. Just make sure all tags remain attached, and the item is in brand-new condition in it's original packaging when returning it.

If you'd like to exchange an item:
- Simply return the original product and state on our returns portal what you would like to exchange it for
- You'll cover the return shipping, but we'll send your replacement free of charge (UK Mainland Only)
Returning Faulty or Incorrect Items
- All products come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer's guarantee from the original purchase date unless otherwise stated
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days.
- If your order arrives incorrect, let us know within 14 days. You can reach us at returns@thegolfshoponline.co.uk or call 0800 368 1097
- If a fault develops within 30 days of purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange - this does not affect your Statutory Rights
- If your product develops a fault after 30 days, we will inspect and, where necessary, repair, replace, or issue store credit
How to Return Your Item
- Use our online returns portal
- Include a note with your name, order number, and the action you'd like us to take
- Package items securely and use a tracked and signed for service for peace of mind
- We recommend using our DPD returns service for an easy, reliable process
- Once we receive your item, we aim to process your return on the same day. However, please allow 3 to 5 working days during busy periods. Once processed, we will send a confirmation email
