Callaway developed Tri-Hot 5K with the audacious goal of creating a new putter construction for a complete shift in performance. Focusing on blade designs, Callaway moved the CG positioning forward and leveraged new materials in ways that have never been realised in a putter. Stainless steel, tungsten, and 6061 aircraft-grade aluminium have all been meticulously crafted to re-invent what a blade can accomplish.

Nest goal, Callaway wanted to achieve the same goal with mallets. Using the proven Tri-Hot formula, Callaway significantly raised the head’s inertia while also moving the CG forward. The result is a more forgiving and better-performing mallet. By applying large amounts of tungsten, we’ve developed an inertia level exceeding 5000 IZZ for incredible forgiveness, all while moving the CG closer to the face.

This combination promotes improved performance in speed control, spin control, speed consistency on off-centre hits and a much tighter downrange dispersion versus conventional blades. We’ve changed how a putter is constructed and reinvented how a putter can perform.

Custom-built, printed, personalised or embroidered can not be returned. 

We are happy to offer an exchange or a credit voucher redeemable over six months. 

Customers still have the added benefit of our standard 60-day Money Back Policy, which applies to goods returned within 60 days of delivery. We also offer a 60-Day Play Better Promise on selected hardware, which means you can buy your loved one a new golf club, they can try it, and if not suitable, we will happily take it back. If you're unhappy with your new club for whatever reason, you may return it to us for an exchange. This exchange could be against another putter or a shop credit redeemable for six months.  

All you have to do is send it back to us along with a cover note including your GSO order number with a brief note letting us know what you didn't like about it. 

The cost of the return will be down to you, and The Golf Shop Online cannot be held accountable for any return not received. We recommend using a signed-for, tracked service to provide you with the best cover.

• 60 days run from the date of delivery.
• Only available on selected products that display our "Play Better Golf Promise" logo. 
• Fair usage applies - we will not accept the product back if it is displaying any damage. Sky marks or any dents/scrapes to the head will be rejected. The headcover has to be new, and the shaft can not be damaged in any way from your golf bag. The tool (if applicable) will need to be returned as well.
• The cost of sending the product back to us will be down to you. We recommend taking out insurance for the return.
