We take delivery of your order very seriously and such as we work very closely with our carriers DPD, Yodel and Royal Mail to ensure the safe delivery of your items.

Next Working Day Delivery
On select products, we are able to offer a Next Working Day Delivery option. Please note, this is not available to UK Outlying Islands and Selected Scottish Postcodes*
Next working day orders must be placed before 3pm Monday to Friday and can only be delivered on a working day (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays). Orders placed before 3pm on a Friday will be delivered Monday. Next Working Day orders placed after 3pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be delivered Tuesday.

Express Delivery
On select products, we are able to offer an Express Delivery option to UK customers*.
Express Delivery must be placed before 3pm Monday to Friday and can only be delivered within 2 to 3 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays). Orders placed before 3pm on a Friday will be delivered Tuesday to Wednesday. Express orders placed after 3pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be delivered Wednesday to Thursday.

Scottish Postcodes and Outlying Islands
Some Scottish postcodes are outside our regular delivery zones and are subject to different shipping rates. Next-day delivery is not available for these areas, and a higher delivery charge may apply. Our current list of affected postcodes are:
HS, IV, KW, AB30 to AB38, AB41 to AB56, FK17 to FK21, PH17 to PH50
JE, GY, IM, ZE, TR21 to TR25, KA27 to KA28, PO30 to PO41, PA20 to PA80
Delivery Times
We aim to deliver standard delivery goods within three to five working days. However, please wait six working days if you are in the UK. If you do not receive your goods after this time, please contact us (e-mail: sales@thegolfshoponline.co.uk or telephone +44 (0)1392 301760) with your order number to hand. This number will be included in the e-mail you received when you ordered the goods from our shop. We will strive to resolve the issue immediately. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery to addresses outside of the UK.
Although we keep a large range of products in stock we may occasionally need to order items direct from the manufacturer. Normally this does not delay your order any further than our advertised times, but in the unlikely event it does, we will contact you personally to inform you of such delay.
Receipt Of Goods
Orders can be delivered to your home or work place. Deliveries are generally made on weekdays only (Monday to Friday, except Bank Holidays) and require a signature. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for the goods. If no-one is available to sign for the goods the courier will leave a card with details of how to rearrange delivery. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or problems.
Our Couriers
We rely on the services of third party couriers, and whilst we endeavour to deliver goods as stated there are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to perform the service that they are required to. This happens rarely, but because it does occur, albeit occasionally, we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item.
