Cleveland's XL 2 Driver is a fantastic, oversized driver designed to deliver incredible forgiveness and consistency with surprising gains in ball speed and distance too. A refined XL design helps to lower CG. It works with updated MainFrame technology to enhance forgiveness and broaden the sweet spot over a larger portion of the face, maintaining ball speeds wherever you strike your drives. The preserved ball speeds produced by the more prominent sweet spot are optimised further by developments in their Rebound Frame to maximise energy transfer for great distances on every tee shot. These updated features combine to create a great option for so many golfers looking for as much help as possible from their driver without sacrificing distance.

Mainframe XL Face - Using AI, Cleveland has simulated thousands of the most common strikes across the clubface to develop a variable-thickness face design that has increased the sweet spot. This results in optimal energy transfer on strikes, wherever they are on the face, for more consistent ball speeds and longer tee shots.
XL Head Design - Cleveland has redesigned their oversized head shape to optimise weight placement for forgiveness and consistency. A thinner crown is supported by a strong yet lightweight frame that combines to lower CG within the head, encouraging a long and higher-launching ball flight.
Rebound Frame - The Launcher XL 2 drivers have the unique ability to flex twice through impact. Much like a spring inside a spring, Cleveland's Rebound Frame Technology provides an additional ring of flexibility behind the face. Both zones activate simultaneously at impact to maximise energy transfer for more ball speed and distance. Stiffness has been added at the back of the clubhead to support this and provide extra stability.
Action Mass Counter Balance - An 8g counterweight placed at the end of the grip delivers better balance for more control without extra effort. This provides a perception of a lighter club that promotes more stability and control in the backswing, helping you square the face through impact and hit straighter tee shots.
Adjustable Hosel - Adjust your Loft from 9 to 12 degrees to optimise launch angle, distance, and shot shape. The Loft can be adjusted at 0.5 deg increments with 12 positions in all.

If you're unhappy with your new Driver, you may return it to us for an exchange. This exchange could be against another driver or a shop credit redeemable for six months.

All you have to do is send it back to us with a cover note including your GSO order number and a brief note letting us know what you didn't like about it.

The cost of the return will be down to you, and The Golf Shop Online cannot be held accountable for any return not received. We recommend using a signed-for, tracked service to provide the best cover.

Terms & Conditions

Sixty days run from the date of delivery.
Only available on selected products displaying our "Play Better Golf Promise" logo.
Fair usage applies - we will return the product to you if it displays any damage. Sky marks or any dents/scrapes to the head will be rejected. The headcover has to be new, and your golf bag can not damage the shaft. The tool (if applicable) will need to be returned as well.
The cost of returning the product to us will be down to you. We recommend taking out insurance for the return.

Customers still have the added benefit of our standard 60-day Money Back Policy, which applies to goods returned within 60 days of delivery.
